Vintage Italian DERUTA ARMORIAL Deep Plate 12 #2
Offered here today is the second of 2 closely related Italian chargers. Each is a very fine, hand made and hand-painted Armorial Plate from Deruta, Italy. I acquired these in Deruta, Italy, about 40 years ago (mid-70's). Each has a Coat of Arms painted in the center surrounded by flowery borders. They are both the same size, 12, and have a raised center with the Coat of Arms pictured. They each have the same wonderful greens, reds, blues and esp.

Yellows characteristic of Deruta pottery. While they are not identical, they are close enough, I believe, to be called a pair. They were signed by the artist: G. I just "Googled" his name and see that his art pottery is documented and may currently be continued by his daughter. Have a look for yourself.

Both are ready to hang as I have left the wires intact. They are in perfect condition with no problems to report. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions or for additional pictures. Please have a look at my last listing for more detailed pictures of the first plate.
